SORTEO CON MOTIVO DE LA ISM 2020

Un año más formamos parte de ISM, la feria de dulces y ‘snacks’ más grande de Europa, que tiene lugar en Colonia del 2 al 5 de febrero. Para celebrarlo con vosotros hemos organizado un sorteo internacional en el que puedes conseguir 1 botella termo, 1 libreta y 1 surtido variado de golosinas. Para participar tienes que echarles un vistazo a nuestras redes sociales.

El sorteo estará abierto hasta las 23:59 horas del día 6 de febrero. Anunciaremos los ganadores al día siguiente, 7 de febrero. Consulta las bases legales a continuación.

CONDICIONES LEGALES DEL SORTEO ISM 2020 (bases legales en inglés a continuación)
1. El Sorteo ISM 2020, en adelante el SORTEO, estará abierto a los siguientes países:

- Facebook Golosinas Vidal: España

- Facebook Vidal Gomas e Instagram Vidal Gomas: Portugal

- Facebook Vidal Candies, Instagram Vidal Candies y Twitter Vidal Candies: Albania, Alemania, Armenia, Austria, Bélgica, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Chipre, Croacia, Dinamarca, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Estonia, Finlandia, Francia, Grecia, Hungría, Irlanda, Italia, Letonia, Lituania, Luxemburgo, Malta, Montenegro, Noruega, Países Bajos, Polonia, Reino Unido, República Checa, Rumania, Rusia, Serbia, Suecia, Suiza, Ucrania.
2. Cada premio consiste en 1 botella termo, 1 libreta y 1 surtido variado de golosinas.
3. Pueden participar en la Promoción todos los consumidores de Vidal. No obstante, queda prohibida la participación de todas aquellas personas que sean familiares o estén vinculadas laboral o profesionalmente con Vidal o los colaboradores.
4. La participación en el SORTEO significa la aceptación de estas Bases Legales.
5. Dependiendo de la red social en la que participes, debes:

- En la página de Facebook de Vidal Candies: 1) Ser seguidor de la página de Facebook @VidalCandies 2) Comentar en la publicación etiquetando a dos personas.
- En la página de Facebook de Vidal Golosinas: 1) Ser seguidor de la página de Facebook @GolosinasVidal. 2) Comentar en la publicación etiquetando a dos personas.
- En el perfil de Twitter de Vidal Candies: 1) Seguir a @Vidal_Candies. 2) Retuitear la publicación del SORTEO.
- En el perfil de Instagram de Vidal Candies: 1) Seguir a @VidalCandies. 2) Comentar en la publicación etiquetando a dos personas.

- En la página de Facebook de Vidal Gomas: 1) Ser seguidor de la página de Facebook @VidalGomas. 2) Comentar en la publicación etiquetando a dos personas.

- En el perfil de Instagram de Vidal Gomas: 1) Seguir a @VidalGomas. 2) Comentar en la publicación etiquetando a dos personas.

6. Solo una participación por persona en cada red social. Habrá un ganador por cada red social en la que se anuncie el SORTEO. Las participaciones en nombre de otras personas no serán aceptadas. Los participantes deben tener 18 años o más.
7. VIDAL no se hace responsable de las participaciones perdidas, fuera de tiempo o incompletas, así como de aquellas que no se hayan entregado por alguna razón técnica. Una prueba de la entrega de la participación no significa que haya sido recibida por VIDAL.
8. La fecha límite para participar es el 6 de febrero de 2020 a las 23:59 CET. Las participaciones recibidas fuera de este período no serán tenidas en cuenta.
9. Los ganadores serán elegidos de forma aleatoria entre todas las participaciones acordes a estos Términos y Condiciones. La rifa se llevará a cabo a través de la herramienta online. La rifa tendrá lugar el 7 de febrero de 2020 después de terminar el SORTEO.
10. Los ganadores recibirán 1 botella termo, 1 libreta y un surtido variado de golosinas.
11. VIDAL no se hace responsable de ningún coste asociado que no esté incluido específicamente en el premio.
12. Se avisará a los ganadores el viernes 7 de febrero a través de las redes sociales arriba citadas. Además, se les notificará a través de un mensaje privado a sus redes sociales. Si los ganadores no responden a VIDAL en un plazo de 15 días desde que se anunció el nombre de los ganadores, perderán el derecho a obtener el premio. Si un ganador rechaza el premio o su participación no es válida acorde a estos Términos y Condiciones, el premio le será retirado y VIDAL se reservará el derecho a elegir a otro ganador.
13. El premio será enviado por VIDAL a los ganadores a través de correo postal.
14. El nombre y la dirección postal de los ganadores se recibirá después de las 12:00 CET del 7 de febrero de 2020 respondiendo a la notificación que se le haya enviado a través de Facebook, Twitter o Instagram.
15. El premio no se podrá cambiar o transferir y no se podrá intercambiar por dinero u otros premios.
16. VIDAL se reserve el derecho a cambiar el premio por otro de similar valor si el producto ofrecido no está disponible.
17. VIDAL cuidará su información personal y la usará para poder realizar el envío del premio acorde a las políticas de privacidad y protección de datos. Participando en el SORTEO, se acepta la recolección, retención y uso de sus datos personales para contactar con usted sobre el SORTEO y para los propósitos destacados en el párrafo 13.
18. VIDAL se reserva el derecho a modificar o retirar, temporal o permanentemente, este SORTEO con o sin notificación previa por razones fuera de control (incluyendo, sin limitaciones, los casos de anticipación, sospecha o actual fraude). VIDAL tomará las decisiones finales que estén bajo su control, de forma definitiva y vinculante, no se atenderá ninguna reclamación.
19. VIDAL no se hará responsable cuando el fallo en el envío sea provocado por circunstancias fuera de su control. Estas circunstancias podrían incluir, pero no ser limitadas a ello, condiciones climáticas, fuego, inundaciones, huracanes, huelgas, conflictos industriales, guerras, agresiones, revueltas, accidentes, cambios en la legislación o cualquier otra circunstancia de fuerza mayor.
20. El SORTEO se llevará a cabo bajo las leyes españolas.

VIDAL CANDIES ORGANISES A EUROPEAN GIVEAWAY THAT INCLUDES THE MOST DELICIOUS CANDY PACK

One more year we are part of ISM, the largest candy and snacks fair in Europe, which takes place in Cologne from February 2nd to 5th. To celebrate it with you, we have organised a European giveaway where you can get one thermo bottle, one paper notebook and one assorted pack of candies. 1. The ‘ISM 2020 Giveaway’ (the GIVEAWAY) is open to people living in:

6. Only one entry per person per social network. There will be one winner in each social network where the GIVEAWAY is announced. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Participant must be 18 or older.
7. VIDAL accepts no responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by VIDAL.
8. The closing date of the GIVEAWAY is 11.59 pm CET on 6th February 2020. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
9. The winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on 7th February 2020 after finishing this GIVEAWAY.
10. The winners will receive a 1 thermo bottle, 1 paper notebook and 1 assorted pack of candies.
11. VIDAL accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
12. The winners will be advertised on Friday the 7th of February through the social media profiles above named. Moreover, they will be notified by personal messages on their social profiles. If a winner does not respond to VIDAL within 15 days of being advertised and notified by VIDAL, then the winner's will forfeit their prize. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and VIDAL shall be entitled to select another winner.
13. The prize will be sent to the winners by VIDAL by post.
14. The name and postal address of the winners can be obtained after 12.00 am CET of 7th February 2020 by responding the notification sent through Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
15. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
16. VIDAL retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
17. VIDAL shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the GIVEAWAY, you agree to the collection, retention, and usage of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your GIVEAWAY entry, and for the purposes outlined in paragraph 13 above.
18. VIDAL reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this GIVEAWAY with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of VIDAL in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
19. VIDAL shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
20. The GIVEAWAY will be governed by Spanish law.
